YOGA AT THE LAKE WITH MEDITATION SERIES

YOGA AT THE LAKE WITH MEDITATION SERIES
Tonight's Yoga at the Lake with Meditation Series will be postponed to start NEXT Monday....

These weekly yoga classes (Monday evenings 7/10, 17 & 24 @ 6pm with raindate Tuesdays) are meant to be at the lake so you can experience nature therapy in addition to learning to meditate. Since tonight appears to be bringing us rain and tomorrow is a holiday, we are going to officially start this 3-week series NEXT Monday.  That will give you the opportunity to get started with our complementary Intro to Meditation program that is included in this 3-week series (located in my online member area).

One of the key advantages of utilizing the member area is the convenience it offers. Regardless of your hectic schedule, you can easily integrate meditation into your daily routine. So, tonight (or whenever you can this week) you can do the kick-off yoga class from the convenience of your home and be prepared for what to expect when we meet up at the lake NEXT week.

The member area is a perfect companion to enhance your weekly yoga at the lake classes and take your meditation practice to the next level. We understand that learning to meditate is a journey, and our complementary member area is designed with that in mind.

Within this exclusive area, you will have access to a variety of resources, including:
  • guided meditations (eg. gratitude, yoga nidra, body scan and more)

  • 21-day meditation series: Meant to take you 5-10 minutes each day & allows you to navigate through various techniques and experiences to help you uncover practices that works best for you to ensure your success.

  • pre-recorded gentle yoga classes meant to prep you for a meditation or help you relax from the stresses of life.
As you cultivate your physical strength and flexibility through these classes, you will simultaneously deepen your meditation practice. By combining the two, you can achieve a profound sense of harmony, not only on the mat but also in your day-to-day life.
In summary, our complementary online member area serves as a valuable resource to supplement your weekly yoga at the lake classes and help you learn to meditate effectively.

Tonight is the FULL MOON --- which is a monthly reminder to manifest.  I'm inviting you to manifest inner peace, improved focus, and a renewed sense of well-being this July by immersing yourself in the ancient tradition of yoga & meditation.

Namaste,
Keri

Upcoming Meditation & Yoga Kick-off Class

A big part of practicing yoga is being present in the moment and focusing on each breath you take as you move through time and space.

Another word for that: mindfulness.

Mindfulness has many definitions and can mean a lot of different things to different people, but in essence, it means to practice BEING in a non-judgemental state of complete awareness of one’s thoughts.

Practicing yoga is a way of being mindful. Meditation and pranayama breathing are acts of mindfulness as well.

Why be mindful? It keeps us from harming ourselves and others. By tending to ourselves and our own needs and understanding our being so intrinsically, we allow ourselves to move through the world in a more positive way, and in turn, we attract positive things.

Welcoming Spring, the season of renewal.

Welcoming Spring, the season of renewal.

Time for new growth & renewal...
Springtime is often associated with planting seeds and tending to gardens.  It is a sweet time of new growth and renewal.  In Ayurveda, also known as "yoga-off-the-mat" the spring is the season of Kapha Dosha.  Kapha Dosha is comprised of earth and water, offers sweetness, coolness and strength.

The Ayurvedic philosophy of wellness encourages us to embrace this time of year and tap into the potential for healing and transformation.  The spring season offers us this powerful opportunity for radical renewal and rejuvenation.  By incorporating Ayurvedic concepts such as a gentle detoxification, eating in season foods, sunlight exposure, movement, sweat, sauna, massage and daily routine to support our overall health and well-being during this potent time of year.

Just as a garden requires consistent care and attention to thrive, so too does our inner garden.  Taking care of our physical, emotional, spiritual well-being helps us cultivate a healthy and fulfilling life.  Now is a wonderful to reset, restore, develop more consistent practices such as healthy eating & spending time in nature.

So this spring, as you tend to your physical garden take a moment to reflect on the garden within.  What seeds will you plant?  How will you tend to them?  By nurturing your inner garden, you can cultivate a life of joy, fulfillment & purpose which is our feminine power that most of us have disconnected with.

I invite you to immerse yourself in the practice of Yoga-off-the-mat. Immerse yourself into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda for Modern day living for optimal well-being in your daily life by joining my next group seasonal cleanse -- Which includes 3 weeks of yoga & my 21-day elimination challenge.

In Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga and "off the mat" practice) we practice seasonal cleansing of nourishment on every level --- so not just food but relationships with family, friends, generational pasts, nature (the environment), our bodies, our community, and the world.

In order to heal what's going on with us mentally, it's going to take some focus on your gut & mental health and a seasonal cleanse is a great annual routine to continually clean out all of these layers of mishaps to our daily nourishment.
