Final SUP class of the year

With this week being the official last week of summer, I am offering a final chance to relish in the the "here and now" of summer with a final Paddleboard Yoga class until June 2023!

When you lift weights, your muscles get stronger and bigger.  Think of Yoga as weight lifting for the brain.
Plus we have this oh so awesome opportunity to be outdoors, at the lake absorbing our vitamin D for the day....a mini-getaway that'll have you back for the rest of the weekend BUT in a more relaxed state & clearer head.  All exercise can boost your mood by lowering levels of stress hormones, increasing the production of feel-good chemicals known as endorphins, and bringing more oxygenated blood to your brain. THEN we'll focus on what's to come, the beginning of Fall and season of change.
