For years, I was struggling to keep my same exercise routine to stay in shape. Since I was only getting older, had more responsibilities, kids, began running a business, etc I felt like I was drowning in overwhelm. What started out as anxiety, lack of energy and disconnect was turning into gut, skin and other physical issues. It wasn't until I started making time for my yoga practice that I began to see the big picture that health isn't an exercise routine but more of a self-care routine. I couldn't just focus on my physical body (eg. running, swimming, Pilates) and expect to be healthy. I needed to find tools to support my mental, emotional & spiritual well-being. I want to help make life's load feel lighter for you too.
I've been teaching Yoga since 2005 and have since added Yoga Therapy, Pilates, Aerial and Thai Massage to my offerings. Join me to experience the healing benefits of a weekly yoga practice on the mat, Pilates reformer, Paddleboard or Aerial Yoga swing, In addition to classes, I teach the process of stringing together wellness habits so they become part of your routine to start building an identity of health.
Classes are in-person or virtual, private or group. Plus, during the months of May through October we get outdoors for classes at the Lake and on Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUP Yoga).
