This 3-week yoga series is the perfect escape to alleviate the tension that we carry in our bodies as well as provide a nourishing and calming atmosphere for mental health.  


We will focus on gentler poses and calming breath work to help you release all stress, anxiety, and any other mental health issues that may be weighing you down.

Also included is the 21-day online meditation series, which introduces you to meditation practices designed to help you cultivate a more peaceful, grounded, and centered state of mind.

Over the course of three weeks, you will access have access to our member area with a daily meditation practice, which you can do at your own convenience. Each day is centered around a different theme, such as mindfulness, gratitude, or self-love to help you begin a practice and experience the many benefits of meditation.

Pre-recorded yoga classes, meditations and other resources are included in this member are for additional support and encouragement.

By the end of the 21 days, you will have established a regular meditation routine to harness the power of mindfulness to reduce stress, increase focus, boost creativity, and enhance your overall well-being.
