Determining your fundamental dosha balance requires an assessment of you at your most natural state. Depending on your physicality and emotional tendencies, Ayurveda can classify you into one of three doshas.  Take the quiz to learn your dosha.

Finding Balance
The ancient science of Ayurveda can help lead you to a better and more balanced life!   Ayurveda originated in India at least 5,000 years ago, and its meaning literally translates to ‘science of life'.  It's considered one of the oldest healing sciences, Mindfully using what we learn "ON the mat" as a roadmap to healthy living "OFF the mat" is a great first step in incorporating Ayurveda.  My monthly "OFF the mat" challenges are based on Ayurveda. Stick with me all 12 month's and you're sure to have a healthy lifestyle that promotes balance....check them out above.

Ayurveda recognizes that the entire physical world, including humankind, is made up of five elements, earth, space, air, fire and water, and that each individual is made up of some combination of these elements.

Each of the five elements is present in all of us to some degree.  
Every person is made up of their own energetic constitution of these five elements -- your unique combination of "Dosha".  When you're aware of your body type and tendencies, you can tailor your yoga practice, diet and lifestyle fit for YOU.  

Knowing your unique balance of dosha helps you to understand our body’s health needs, whether it be diet, movement, or stress management practice.  Over time, a little imbalance can lead to major imbalance and cause disease.   


Finding Balance
When you’re in balance, you naturally desire only that which nourishes you and brings health. You get restful sleep, move around as you should, and feed yourself with positive experiences, tastes, touch, aromas, sounds, and sights. When you slip out of tune with nature, however, you invite imbalance. You may start craving junk food, stop sleeping well, and ignore your need to move and exercise.

I'm Keri.  I help driven, soul-centered people like you find more peace, self love & good health to live a vibrant life.

I didn't arrive here easily, though.

For years, I felt stuck in my life.... Even as I was learning how to integrate yoga habits into my life, I was still struggling daily...

It wasn't until I started making time for my own self practice that I finally started to feel my mental, spiritual & physical best.  
Since 2005, I have earned over 800 hours of Yoga teacher & therapy training in addition to 500 hours of Pilates training.  

I want you to experience these benefits.  
Join me for a weekly yoga practice on the mat, chair, Pilates reformer or Paddleboard with a complementary off-the mat practice that includes challenges, webinars, and essential oils to support a full healthy living journey.  

Classes are in-person or virtual, private or group.  May through October classes are offered at the Lake and on Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUP Yoga).
