Yoga & Intro to Mindfulness Kickoff Class (Level 1/2)
This class is the perfect escape to alleviate the tension that we carry in our bodies and is as much for mental health as physical health.

As the day winds down and the sun starts to dip towards the horizon, the world takes on a warm, golden hue.  This evening hour is a time to relax, unwind, reflect on the day's events, and prepare for restful sleep. Allow yourself to be taken into a state of deep relaxation to help you release the stress of your daily routine. 

We will focus on mindfulness during yoga poses and calming breath work to help you release all stress, anxiety, and any other mental health issues that may be weighing you down.
