Essential Oil Resources
During pregnancy you experience a lot of different emotions: fear, anxiety, worry, love, joy, and so many others. Breathing in essential oils is a safe and effective way to help turn unwanted negative emotions into positive, uplifting ones! 

A study was done that measured the number of chemicals found in the blood of newborn baby umbilical cords. The Environmental Working Group (EWG) found 200+ chemicals in the cord blood, including ones that are harmful to the development of your precious baby. This tells us that we as mothers need to be very cautious about the products we are using in utero, but it is also a great reminder that our babies are exposed to chemicals from the second they are conceived. As moms, we can try to select safe and effective products to use on them once they are born to minimize the amount of chemical exposure. 

So many products sold to us on a regular basis can contain toxins that can accumulate in our bodies, especially our children’s bodies. We definitely don’t want that! It’s important to choose products that are TRULY safe. Many products are being advertised as “all-natural”, but are they really all that safe? The packages are pretty and the labels are clever, but the more you dig, the more you find out.
