This 3-week series is the perfect escape to alleviate the tension that we carry in our bodies as well as provide a nourishing and calming atmosphere for mental health.  

As the day winds down and the sun starts to dip towards the horizon, the world takes on a warm, golden hue.  This evening hour is a time to relax, unwind, reflect on the day's events, and prepare for restful sleep. Allow yourself to be taken into a state of deep relaxation in a serene and calming environment would help you release the stress of your daily routine. 

We will focus on gentler poses and calming breath work to help you release all stress, anxiety, and any other mental health issues that may be weighing you down.

Also included is my 21-day online journaling series, which introduces you to a practice for encouragement that is designed to help you uncover which chakra (energy center) is out of balance.
