June Sunset Intro to Yoga Series at the Lake
This 3-week series is for beginners!  It is the perfect escape to alleviate the tension that we carry in our bodies as well as provide a nourishing and calming atmosphere for mental health.  

As the day winds down and the sun starts to dip towards the horizon, the world takes on a warm, golden hue.  This evening hour is a time to relax, unwind, reflect on the day's events, and prepare for restful sleep. Allow yourself to be taken into a state of deep relaxation in a serene and calming environment would help you release the stress of your daily routine. 

We will focus on gentler poses and calming breath work to help you release all stress, anxiety, and any other mental health issues that may be weighing you down.
