Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that supports your body health. Keri will walk you through a flow of poses or asana’s that will utilize your chair and support your body health and breath. You need a chair, and comfortable clothing.  

This class be done at your desk or at your home.  Break up your workday with me.
