Hi, I'm Keri.  I help soul-centered women like you find more peace, self love & good health to live a vibrant life.

For years, I felt stuck. I was struggling with anxiety, lack of energy and disconnect.  It wasn't until I started making time for my own self practice that I finally started to feel my best mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.  I want to help make life's load feel a little lighter for you too.  

I've been teaching Yoga since 2005 and have since added Yoga Therapy, Pilates, Aerial and Thai Massage to my offerings.  Join me to experience the healing benefits of a weekly yoga practice on the mat, Pilates reformer, Paddleboard or Aerial Yoga swing,  In addition to classes, I teach the process of stringing together wellness habits so they become part of your routine to start building an identity of health.  

Classes are in-person or virtual, private or group.  Plus during the months of May through October classes are offered at the Lake and on Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUP Yoga).  

Enjoy a getaway with me and be home for dinner.

Yoga "on the mat"

($180 for 3 weeks of Yoga)

Most people only know Yoga as the on the mat practice.

Make Yoga part of a weekly routine.  Learn all 8 limbs of yoga to help you discover how each on the mat session is really practice for healthy living off the mat (AKA life).  

This phase will help you reset mentally and physically so you'll experience the healing affects of this ancient practice.

Yoga "off the mat"

($540 for 3 months of yoga on & off the mat)

Yoga on the mat is a great practice but adding a monthly habit to the mix is going train you to deal with life as you would a difficult yoga pose.

Being healthy doesn't have to be a chore.  We tend to breath like we live.  Start living life to the fullest.

Breathing and mindset are skills that are going to have you mindfully minimizing what life brings as it comes.  This phase will get you practicing everyday shifts that will change your lifestyle.

  • month 1 - 3 weeks of yoga & poses/limbs or chakras challenge.
  • month 2 - 3 weeks of yoga & 28 to Elevate program.
  • month 3 - 3 weeks of yoga & daily meditation challenge.

About me
I've been where you were at.  I've prioritized my kids and everyone else over myself.  I used to think I needed to do bootcamp or other hardcore workouts to stay in shape....plus I didn't have the energy for this with work & kids.  I thought my migraines and anxiety would go away but for now just popping a pill was easy and the doctor said there were no side effects.  But, something didn't feel right knowing my grandmother died after years of being on tons of medications and I wasn't feeling any better.  Yoga helped me be more mindful so that I could handle the stresses of life and understand the effects of what is going into my body.  Each year I become a better version of me....both my health, my vision for the life I want and things that I wouldn't have even considered had I not prioritized myself and added the simple routine of yoga to reset where I was headed.
